Requisition Number: 232868 Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Counsel – Corporate to provide in-house legal services to the Company with particular emphasis on contract review and negotiation. Under the general supervision of Senior Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel, the Counsel – Corporate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, structuring, and negotiating commercial transactions on a day-to-day basis. This position will assist with collaborating and providing direction and support to Cintas leadership with negotiating terms and conditions of new or renewed customer and vendor contracts. A successful candidate may have experience or be willing to learn proper compliance procedures and industry practices with respect to federal, state, and local government contracts.
