HR COORDINATOR

SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers. This entry-level role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR activities including employee onboarding, personnel record maintenance, timekeeping administration, payroll processing support, benefits administration, reporting, and employee inquiries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Human Resources Administration Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests. Prepares and maintains payroll. Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process employee status changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and separations. Prepare employment verification requests and other routine employee documentation. Support HR programs, employee communications, engagement activities, and events. Assist with audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and document retention. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, discretion, organization, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or two years of experience in a Human Resources role. Experience working with ADP payroll or timekeeping systems is strongly preferred. Financial services or credit union experience is a plus. Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
